Death penalty Must Halt

Death penalty has always been a form of punishment, from steeling , to getting rid of Political adversary ,.
and it seems that it is being used now to tarnish Islam

and just to make quick points , since the subject is flammable and I myself will be called a " Revert " from Islam who deserve to be killed just for writing this , and to make the subject less cluttered and confusing , I'll continue the subject as points and not expand ,.,

Islam does NOT encourage the implementation of Death penalty, in fact it orders against carrying out any death penalty, amputations, lashing, stoning , and all as such ,..

It Clearly say " Look for doubts " not to carry out punishments
In Islamic laws, the Judge is the accused's advocate, and it is up to law enforcements and the accuser to prove their allegations beyond " any doubt ",.. not just a " reasonable " doubt that maybe used against them.

 
and since Death penalty is used, has been used, and will continue to be used as a mean to git rid off political adversaries,.. this alone is an enough reason to ban it by Islam ,..

In Islam, at least two witnesses, or a confession is needed ,.. and even when proven , the murderer can be acquitted by the next of kin,.. and one acquittal is enough to take off the death penalty and save the murderer's life ,.. but the State " Must compensate " the family of the deceased from the treasury ,..

but this ofcourse, for example in Saudi Arabia, where anything can lead to death has been looked over, and some loops are used to carry out the death penalty even though the person, persons confessed to the murder had been acquitted by deceased's  Family ..

And for these reasons I do believe that Death penalty should halt
and that ,.. Death penalty isn't really a goal by itself, but is a deterrent,. and with the new technologies available now, this can be achieved by means other than killing people,..

But, I think, Judges, state officials, policemen, witnesses , prosecutors, state leaders who lead in one way or another to the death of innocent people and they themselves were advocate of the death penalty should be tried and sentenced accordingly ,... Many people have been found innocent after they were killed ,.. we need   better peace keepers, law inforcement officials,.. better lives, people steel because they need to, politicians steel when they don't, yet Saudi Arabia cut off the hands of the poor  and protect the rich

Death penalty is being used according to a political agenda, many innocent people are killed , and Islam is very clear on this " He who kills one innocent is as if he killed all,.. "

لماذا لايكون كل الشعب بسمة

لا يتجرأ الملك ولا الأسرة الحاكمة ولا أجهزتهم الأمنية ولا قنواتهم التحريضية ولا أمريكا من خلف الستار , والغريب أن حتى القنوات الإسرائيلية تتلافى النشاط السياسي للأميرة بسمة إلا في حالة استقبال السعودية لمحمود عباس في فترة لايخضع فيها مؤقتا لبرنامج سياسي معد , وذهب إلى زيارة السعودية

لماذا وهذه تصاريحها ومواقفها كلها ظاهرة , وتؤكد فيها أن كل هدفها هو حماية أعمامها وعائلتها وحقوق الشعب , في حين أن لو كل ناشط آخر حفر  هذه الكلمات على جبهته ووشمها على كل جسده لم يصدقه أحد ,.... أما هي فإن حتى القنوات التي دفعت السعودية تكاليفها لإسقاط دول ووضعت عليها معارضين لتلك الدول , واستقبلت رؤساء دول قتلوا شعوبهم , ثم يجن جنونها عندما تستضيف سوريا مثلا ناشط سلمي لا يبلغ في خطورة تصاريحه عشر معشار تصاريح الأميرة بسمة " وغيرها من نشطاء آل سعود , فإن هناك الآلاف منهم " لكن طبعا لن تسمعوا عنهم , أما بسمة فهي مختلفة .... لعل مايحركها هو إحساسها بالقهر لما حدث مع ابيها وتريد الإنتقام ؟؟ اتهام يدعمه التاريخ والطب العيادي النفسي وعلم الإجتماع والتاريخ السياسي للبشر , لكن وكل هذه القرائن .. لا أحد يتهم الأميرة بأي من هذا , ولا يتهم أمريكا وبريطانيا بإيوائها , ولا تدفع المبالغ الطائلة لإشعال الفتن داخل هذه الدول , كما تشعل في سوريا مثلا ...


لماذا لا تعامل السعودية كل شعبها كـ " بســــــــمة "
ولا تخونهم أو تخونها وغيرها
ولا تقتلهم أو تقتلها ومثلها

ولا تسلط عليهم أجهزتها , ملتحية كانت مقصرة عن ثيابها مشمرة عن سواعدها لخوض مياه الفتنة الآسنة , أو حليقة بصفة عسكرية في ملابس مدنية ... لماذا لا تتهم المؤسسة الحاكمة الأمير نايف لأنه حليق ولماذا لا ترد شهادته في اتهامات وزارة الداخليه للنشطاء كما ترد شهادة كل حليق اللحية ؟؟

هل اطمئنوا من ألميرة بسمة ؟؟ ومستوى مطالبها لا يختلف عن مطالب كل الشعب

ومايدريكم أن من مخططات غيركم تقديم أمثال الأميرة بسمة والأمير طلال لفترة يرونكم فيها ضعافا فيكونون بديلا لكم ؟؟

الوفاق أم الإئتلاف , لنحذر لعبة أمريكا التي استخدمت للإلتفاف على ثورة مصر وليبيا

مقدمــــة:
لا أقصد فقط الإئتلاف , ولا أقصد فقط الوفاق , وأقصد كل البحرين وكل الحراك الحقوقي المطلبي العادل بحسب كل شريعة عرفتها البشرية خلال تاريخها النضالي العام والخاص , في كل دولة وكل عصر وكل مجموعة ..
أقصد الفكرة ظاهرة الإختلاف بين مايمثله إتجاه الوفاق في أساسيات الحراك , وبين مايمثله موقف وأنصار إئتلاف 14 فبراير ..

ولا بد في هذه المرحلة من محاولة استقراء الخلاف التعريفي , والذي يبدو أنه عصي على فهم كثير من الناس :
هذا ماأراه واضحا بالنسبة لي:

أولا وبحسب التاريخ يستحيل الفصل بين المحركين والأسلوبين , دائما وجدا , وسوف يبقيان دائما في كل دولة وفي كل حركة حقوقية مطلبية ... وأنا هنا أيضا كـ "ـسعودي أوجه نفس الكلام للحراك السعودي وأطيافه , حتى للتكفيريين "


ولنعتبر .. فقط لمجرد التوسع في الفكرة .. أن منهجية الحراك بالنسبة لهما متكاملة جدا , ويجب عدم الإنصياع لرغبات داخلية أو خارجية في غقصاء أحد التوجهين أو المدرستين أو الوسيلتين , ولنتجاوز مرحلة التسميات الآن .. ولنبدأ بالتعرف على الإختلاف كما ذكرنا ..

جمعية الوفاق :
هي جمعية سياسية , من المفترض لو كانت في دولة ديموقراطية حرة نزيهة تحترم شعبها أن تكون حزبا سياسيا بإمتياز , لكن منع إنشاء الأحزاب والرقابة والإنتهاكات الإنسانية والحقوقية ضد الشعب ومطالبه السياسية أدت إلى أن تأخذ مسمى " جمعية "

هي محرك أساسي في الحراك ومكون أصلي في الحركة السياسية البحرانية , مع أخواتها أعضاء الجمعيات السبع , ومن يشبههم ... ومرة أخرى لا أسماء جمعيات أو أشخاص , فقط استرتيجية طرفي الحراك وأمثلتنا ..


خرجت من رحم الشعب ومثلتهم بالبرلمان وأصبحت وجود سياسي " بروتوكولي " في البحرين , يعني جهة رسمية عالمية تمثل شعب البحرين , ومن هنا بنت لنفسها موقع يرعب النظام وأمريكا من هذه الناحية
لماذا ؟؟؟

لأن النظام وأمريكا والسعودية , يستطيعون تجريم الشارع العام , لكن لا يستطيعون تجريم أنفسهم والقوانين التي أخرجت الوفاق للحياة السياسية البرلمانية في البحرين .. 


إذن ومن هذا المنطلق , تكون الوفاق في الحقيقة هي حماية للإتلاف , لأنها تطالب مايطالبون به , ولا تستطيع الحكومة اللعب إعلاميا وسياسيا على وتر أن الإئتلاف جهة عنفية وراءها إيران تحاول قلب النظام ...

وهذا لمن يجهل هو ماتعده أمريكا والسعودية للإئتلاف , ثم يستخدمونهكذلك بعد غضعافهم ومطاردة قياداتهم للنيل من الوفاق ...

والوفاق عرفت هذا , وعرفت قوة موقعها السياسي البرلماني على الساحة الدولية , فهي من يطلبها السياسيون حتى لا يتهموا بالإنحياز إلى مكون من خارج التكوين السياسي للدولة ...
الوفاق إذن هي المحاور المطلبي الرسمي الذي يعطيه البروتوكول السياسي في البحراين والعالم حق التكلم بإسم الشعب لأنه ممثلهم

وإذا كانت الوفاق تتكلم بلسان الشعب ومنه الإئتلاف .... يصعب عند ذلك تجريم الإئتلاف وأنصاره والحركات المشابهة له
ولا أقصد أنها تتكلم بإسم الإئتلاف من منطلق تححييد اللإتلاف , لكنها تتكلم بإسمه في غيابه عن الحضور البروتوكولي , لممثلي الدول الأخرى , والجمعيات السياسية والحقوقية الدولية


وهذا هو إذن الفرق الأول , وقوة الوفاق ..

ماهو الإتلاف ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟
الفرق بالنسبة للإتلاف هو أن الإئتلاف هو وليد وابن الشارع الشبابي العام في البحرين
في مقابل السياسي , المثقف , الذي تمثله الوفاق وحلفاؤها , وهو أمر طبيعي في تكوين الدول , ويكون أمثال الإتلاف موجودا إذا وصل القهر حده , ومنعت جمعيات مثل الوفاق من القيام بدورها السياسي

فهذه هنا هي قوة الإتلاف , هو كذلك إسناد وقوة للوفاق , مع تصنيفات كلا التوجهين ...

أما الإختلاف الثاني فهو مهم جدا , ولم أجد من تناوله ..
هو أن الإتلاف من أوجد قياداته وليس العكس , كما يحصل دائما في المؤسسات والجمعيات والأحزاب وغيرها
نرى عادة نظام وقانون يكتب , ثم ينضوي الناس تحته , أو توجه لجهة وأفراد معينين , ينشؤون جمعية أو حزب , ثم ينضم من يوافقه هذا التوجه إليهم فيما بعد .....

الإئتلاف ... أوجد قياداته بنفسه , وعلى وجوه القيادات في الإتلاف الآن أن تفهم هذه الحقيقة

أولا : تحرك المكون الشبابي في المجتمع وأصبح يدافع عن نفسه , وهو مكون كما قلنا سابقا دائما ماوجد في كل حراك سياسي في التاريخ
أراد الشباب أن يردوا , بكل وسيلة متاحة لهم , أرادوا أن يشعلوا الشارع بوجودهم , فتحركوا ميدانيا , وليس بالضرورة عنفيا
في مقابل الحركة السياسية للوفاق وأمثالها
فوافق هذا التوجه شخصيات معينة سياسية وغييرها , فخرجت إلى الناس مستمدة القوة من الشباب وتكلمت بصوتهم , وأصبحوا بالنسبة للعالم هم قيادات الإئتلاف , وإن كانو هم جزء منه ,خرجوا منه , ولم يؤسسوه وهذا هو الفرق ...

قيادات الإتلاف أوجها الشعب نفسه , وجزؤه الشبابي بالخصوص

وبعد هذا الكلام الآن , يجب على كل الشعب البحريني الإتحاد ضد الديكتاتورية , وليس اتهام كل جهة للأخرى , لأن هذا مايريدونه منكم ...

ثانيا : لم يقل أحد أبدا ولا حتى الوفاق أن الحراك الشبابي ضد توجه مصلحة البحرين , لكن هذه المرحلة هي مرحلة مشاركة , وحراك حقوقي سلمي , وترون مواقع وجهات حقوق الإنسان كيف تكون معكم ..

ثالثا : إشعال الساحة الآن سوف تكون له عواقب غير محسوبة النتائج ... منها :
تعريض القيادات الوطنية والدينية والسياسية لمخاطر تصل إلى حد تهديد حياتهم شخصيا ..
سوف يقول النظام : إما أنهم هم المحركين , فقط لمجرد تلبيسهم التهم , وسوف يعطيه هذا فرصة التخلص منهم جسديا ووجوديا , ليكنو بعدها خطوته التالية بزيادة الجيوش من السعودية والمرتزقة وغيرهم , ووصم الإئتلاف وأمثاله بإنفصاليين بعد تعديلات طفيفة في النظام العام للأستهلاك السياسي , تدعمها قنوات وحكومات دول عميلة وتابعة لأمريكا ويستمر صراع بين ت توجه خارجي , في مقابل التوجه الوطني

رابعا : هو إحراق لكل كروت اللعب في فترة واحدة وعدم ترك فرصة لتطور النظال من حراك حقوقي إلى حراك ميداني , لأن قيادات الحراك الحقوقي والسياسي سوف يكون تم تجريمها ولن تكون قادرة على رفع صوتها كما هي الآن ..

خامسا : يترك تكثيف الحراك الميداني عن لحظات تكون ذات طبيعة انتهاكية فوق العادة , انتهاك حقوق الحرائر , العلماء , القيادات من كل الأطراف ...

فتكون قوة وسلاح يهابه النظام وأعوانه ويجعله يفكر في كل مرة .. ماهي النتيجة وكيف الرد ..

والتعجيل بهذه الخطوة يجعلها روتينية لاقيمة ميدانية ولا سياسية لها ..

وأخيرا : كلكم قوة ...واختلافكم قوة لا تحولوه إلى خلاف
الملكيون الدستوريون ,الجمهوريون , الوفاق , الإئتلاف , سنة , شيعة , الحراك الداخلي , معارضة الخارج , كلكم قوة , فلتنظروا لأنفسكم من هذا المنطق , لأن الظالم عندما يرى أنكم قوة لبعضكم لن يصل إليكم , إنما يسطو الذئب على القاصي من الغنم , فأنتم أشراف وليس للشريف أن ينفصل عن جسده الواحد
هو البحرين والسعودية , وجميع الحراك الحقوقي العربي,

Again; Human rights struggle is a " Foreign Agenda "

Saudi Arabia has issued a wanted list contained 23 names of Shia Human rights protesters..
Such step will always proceed secular media coverage and hate inciting propaganda by all media in the country, usually the Clerics of the Saudi sect will come out on TV's and Saudi Supported Channels world wide to accuse these people who are derived of their most essential human rights of working a " Foreign Agenda " something all tyrants use to blind fold the truth of the matter , Mubarak did it, so did Salih, and the Tunisian, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia still do it , amongst other countries too ,..

This is very dangerous because in Saudi Arabia death penalty is never off the table, people could get executed for even questioning such step by the government ,.. a preferred execution excuse would be Blasphemy , since the King and the royals Have GOD status bestowed upon them. and Shia in Saudi Arabia are always used as a baton against Iran, and usually they are the ones who suffer whenever USA and Saudi Arabia want to pressure Iran,... Mubarak used that alot, even accused people of the gulf of not being Loyal to their native countries, a statement that would have caused a rift between Saudi Arabia and Mubarak as interference in Local and domestic issues, but the Saudi  Monarchs Blessed Mubarak's claim ,..

Meanwhile , Attacks against Shia and other sects or religions is just an every day " good deed " of whoever follows the Saudi Islamism ,.. Boko Haram of Nigeria, Shabab of Somalia , in Lebanon, Syria, Kuwait , Philippines, Thailand , and everywhere ..
